This is outrageous. A price on carbon is needed as part of a holistic approach to migitagating climate change. The new IPPC report has all the info. Read it.
As a taxpayer and mother, I implore you to do the right thing and start taking the environment seriously.
Cap and trade and Green initiatives are a must for any responsible government!
