I am opposed to having the Cap and Trade Bill scrapped without having a clear and measurable plan for how we as a province are taking concrete steps to mitigate the very negative impact that climate change is having and will continue to have on us in this province, this country and beyond.

As a mother of a baby, a taxpayer and an Ontarian, I feel pretty upset that this government seems to be taking some very negative actions that will have a negative impact on both our actions to mitigate the impact of climate change, as well as to discourage economic solutions to problems that climate change only worsens.

Please wake up and take some corrective action and bring up this act and other programs that work to make our environment and economy and people within it healthier.
