I am not in favour of ending…

I am not in favour of ending cap and trade. Now more than ever we need to have wise leadership in Ontario to reduce our carbon footprint. Cap and Trade was working and should be continued.
It is unfortunate that the emphasis is on ending a program which was aimed at reducing carbon while at the same time providing many green jobs. It is certainly suspect that unemployment has increased as these new green jobs have been phased out. If the new government has a plan for reducing carbon people should hear about it so it can be compared to cap and trade. As it stands all we have is loss. Loss of jobs, loss of 2 billion a year coming into the province and loss of the 30 million set aside to fight something we should be embracing for all people and all generations and the very survival of the planet.
