I am hoping that the current Ontario government can commit to reducing Ontario's carbon emmissions. All of the most respected experts and media outlets have called for significant action. Scrapping cap and trade is the exact opposite of what world experts are calling for. This is not only embarrassing to have the rest of Canada and the world watch us make such a short-sighted move, but it is deeply troubling to show such a disregard for our children and grand children who will suffer for our poor choices. Scrapping cap and trade is an alarmingly bad leadership move, bad business move, and bad move for the environment.
