Mattamy Homes Canada is generally supportive of the policy direction of the new Provincial Planning Statement and the rescinding of A Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Removing duplication in addition to providing clear direction and expectation to all stakeholders involved in building homes will be helpful in reaching Ontario’s housing goals.
