I am strongly against allowing Ssonix re-opening a hazardous waste site in what is a now a residential area . Since the company was not in compliance with safety regulations possibly causing the death of one of it's own employees, created an enviromental disaster, and caused the area to go into an evacuation status there is no reason to believe it would be any safer upon re-opening with a less robust containment plan . While the area was a less populated light industrial zone when this company first opened , it has now been allowed to grow to a much larger residential area .
