Out of respect for the late…

Out of respect for the late Ryan Konkin, former employee of Ssonix products who was killed in the very much preventable workplace incident that forced it's closure, and his widow, the aforementioned company should not be allowed to reopen or resume business as regular. I would suggest that this business be barred from operation until, at the very least, its owner/operators/board members have successfully demonstrated an introduction of and/or improvement to a multitude of practices and policies with respect to safety in the workplace. It is my opinion that this application fails to meet the standard of which should be expected of any such business that has been involved in infractions deemed to have caused the negilent death of any employee. Ssonix Products should also be required, at the least, to have provided a lump sum payment of restitution to the widow and/or family of the individual who was killed, long before this or any further application is to be considered.
