I am in full support of the revesal of forced changes to Hamilton's and other municipalities' Official Plans and expecially in favour of the reversal of forced urban boundary expansions. I've read many of the ministry, governement and developer emails as well as the documents revealed through FOIs and the degree to which structured, sound, established planning processes were ignored through political interference, is astounding. It borders on corrupt. Like the Greenbelt, meddling in OPs was a corrupted process clearly set up to befit those that stood to profit, at the expense of citizens. Hamilton, through zoning changes, will be able to meet our housing targets within our former urban boundary. We choose to intensify rather than sprawl onto farmland, wetlands and woodlots. Thank you.
