This is a very unfortunate scenario. We have so much land. Much of which is aerially mapped for environmental protection. We must protect environmentally sensitive areas. But we must use the vast amounts of land we have to build
More homes with various styles of units. People will not continue to own condos with ever increasing fees. Big institutional investors will own these buildings and keep them as rentals.

If you would like to maintain civility, humanity, and dignity to the people of Ontario, you must respect the right and ability to own a home. A home to put your feet on the ground, a space to raise a family and allow their kids to play. Albeit, even if that space is small.

This does not happen with living in a box in the sky. Many people with kids dogs and various other factors cannot live in a box in the sky. This is not how we are meant to live.
