This proposal could potentially be a health hazard to the town of Dresden. Over 300+ construction materials contain asbestos, and while testing and proper disposal are required, many materials disposed of can contain asbestos, as well as many other hazardous materials, such as silica dust from concrete. The location of this proposed construction waste processing area is too close to the town, winds can carry hazardous particles over the entire town. The site could be used for dumping material, soil, ect. But not processing such large quantities.
