I am totally against these proposed changes. I have lived in Northern Ontario well over 35 years. I see the north constantly having to put up with these changes due to southern Ontario problems. My husband and I were bait harvesters and dealers for around 20 years and because of the stupidness of southern ontario you have made northern ontario deal with your problems. We have been out of harvesting and selling bait for appox seven years and would not go back into this because of all the changes. The bait association was the first down fall of the bait dealers here in northern ontario. Totally ridiculous in all that the ministry does for this and all choices of manegement in Northern Ontario.
