I live in Dresden and I am very concerned about the York 1 proposal. The location is so close to houses and the town. The extra traffic that will be coming 24/7 is not good for the area. As we are a rural community there are tractors with grain and tomatoes going to the canning factory and a grain elevator, I am also concerned about the noise and odour. If there is a chance of runoff the river and creek are close by to the dump.
Please consider the comments from the people in the area. New subdivisions are being developed and in my opinion housing prices would go down and people would not want to move here.
