With out an environmental assessment to today's standard AND without York1 being fiscally responsible for the maintenance, degradation, widening and rebuilding of all roads leading to and from the landfill, this proposal must be prevented
10 years ONLY will be the lifespan of said proposed landfill. Certainly there is a better location.
How can you assure the public that only non hazardous materials will be truck and buried? Is someone swabbing for asbestos on each load?
The fact that York1 wanted to ram this project through without proper channels being followed, deems them unethical at best
