As a resident of Dresden I am in opposition to this proposal. This waste site would be situated extremely close to the town. It would cause major traffic concerns, Dresden is not equipped to handle such traffic volume. Safety concerns are also an issue with two schools located on the main road.
Many environmental concerns are also in play. Molly’s Creek runs adjacent to this land. It flows directly into the Sydenham River which is the source of many endangered species.
Other concerns include the drop in property values, pollution from airborne particles, and issues with nearby wells. Please do not allow with proposal to pass. Thank-you
