I DO NOT AGREE to the development of four apartment buildings at Langstaff and Highway 400. We the residents of Maple and Vaughan have suffered from the consequence of poor planning in our area. We do not have the proper infrastructure to maintain the increase in high density residential developments popping up everywhere.
Our current roadways in Vaughan can barely manage the residents we have now. There is CONSTANT traffic on all the major roadways and it is becoming increasingly difficult to get anywhere within the city in a timely manner.
I have lived in Vaughan for over 20 years and am disappointed with the lack of consideration the city and developers have for the current residents in regards to the roads/infrastructure that WE the residents have to use on a daily basis.
WE NEED BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE, not more high-density residential developments in Vaughan!
Signed a very fed up resident.
