I have a lot of concerns about the planned 42-story building at Langstaff and Hwy 400. This location is not suitable for residential development, as it will exacerbate traffic and congestion in an already busy area. Such buildings should be situated along Hwy 7 where similar structures are already established. It is crucial to avoid placing buildings without proper assessment, planning and zoning considerations.
