Extending the timeline from Jan.1.2025 to Jan 1 2027 is excellent news and I support this recommendation.Even better would be to extend the date to Jan 1 2030.
ONtario's special heritage properties will have a chance to be recognized and the chance for demolition of many of them will be reduced; however, even more properties could have the same chance with date extension to Jan 1, 2030
