I do not agree with this…

I do not agree with this proposal, I do not believe that thorough investigation regarding the infrastructure or urban planning has been adequately conducted to accommodate such a substantial addition to our already congested population and roads in this area of Vaughan. In addition, with crime on the rise and politicians shying away from speaking directly about this matter, these buildings will only invite more crime to our neighbourhoods. One good example of this are the Transit City condominiums that currently house many students many of which partake in illegal activities and/or are involved or have a history of being involved in criminal activity. Or major roads are at maximum capacity and cannot support any increase to the surrounding neighbourhood without implementing large enough lanes to accommodate all of the condominiums rising in Vaughan and in this neighbourhood in particular. Police patrol need to be increased, Lanes on roads need to be increased. This is an absurd plan and I do not believe that Vaughan Citizens' interests are currently held at the centre of this decision. As a result of choosing to allow this infrastructure to continue without implementing the aforementioned steps I mentioned above, will create significant congestion, pollution from cars having to idle on the road due to traffic because roadways have not been expanded to accommodate this, and ultimately it will result in lowered value of homes because I can promise you that I, nor anyone I know who lives in Weston Downs or National Estates will want to live in this neighbourhood any longer. There is simply not enough space for this. Please redirect this infrastructure to Highway 7/Jane where all the other condos are. It's not fair to the home owners to have their sun blocked by gigantic condominiums and lose all of their privacy that we have paid millions of dollars for.
