I believe that it is the interests of the present and future community to have a traffic study and environmental impact study completed before this proposal for four apartment buildings at Langstaff and Highway 400 to be developed.

Also this development will likely require the removal of the existing gas station. This is the one and only gas station on the south side of Langstaff Ave from Islington to Creditstone. This would leave only one gas station on the north side of Langstaff from Islington to Creditstone. This would not be sufficient to service the existing cars that travel this route every day.
