This request for CIHA in this location is absurd!
Designations are already established, and this area should retain its current designations. There are ample mixed community housing and condos along Highway 7, where high-rise towers are suitable. Let's preserve parts of Vaughan with homes and low-rise towns, and confine high-rise developments to Highway 7.
This CIHA request is misused, and I believe the municipality needs to conduct more studies on infrastructure and traffic, which haven't kept pace with the current development in Woodbridge.
This application seems aimed at expediting land zoning for development without proper planning, consultation, and community input.
