There are many reasons why…

There are many reasons why my family of 6 at this residence and my son's family of 4 at a residence immediately south of Langstaff and Weston Rd oppose the construction of multiple level buildings at Langstaff and Highway 400.

1. Already highly congested area where mobility is very difficult.

2. Loss of businesses and employment in this area since land will be higher in value.

3. Difficulty accessing hwy 400 on ramp due to high intensity traffic issues.

4. This area has been an area of concern due to high water table conditions. We need further studies before a Miami issue arises.

5. No room for greenspace: parks, etc

6. Difficulty accessing schools from this high traffic area.

7. Esthetically not suitable for the highly populated beautiful communities in this area.

Many others have already been addressed by other residents of my community as well. Please reconsider this building proposal. Perhaps along hwy 7 would be a better consideration
