The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for 11675605 Canada Inc. for industrial stormwater management works, serving a proposed metal recycling yard and an auto parts and automobile recycling operation, located at 1533 McAdoo's Lane in the City of Kingston, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of stormwater quality control, quantity control, and erosion control works, and:
- include on-site storm sewers
- ditches
- hydrodynamic separator and Jellyfish Filter
- a stormwater management dry pond
The stormwater management works will discharge to existing municipal ditch along McAdoo's Lane.
