A change to ARA Licence No. 5758 was approved by the Director on April 3, 2024
The approval allows GIP Properties Corp. to temporarily increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 300,000 tonnes annually to 500,000 tonnes annually. This increase is to fulfill contract number 2021-4001. Upon completion of this contract, the tonnage condition of this licence will automatically revert back to the original tonnage condition of 300,000 tonnes annually.

GIP Properties Corp. has applied to vary a condition of the current licence to authorize a temporary tonnage condition of 500,000 tonnes to fulfil contract number 2021-4001. Upon completion of this contract, the tonnage condition of this licence will automatically revert back to the original tonnage condition of 300,000 tonnes.
