Application has been made by Dufferin Aggregates, a CRH Company (Dufferin) to increase the extraction area to include an additional 2.5ha and change the sequence of extraction to incorporate the additional areas to be extracted.
Public consultation opportunities
The proposed request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Township of Puslinch, County of Wellington, Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, Grand River Conservation Authority and landowners within 120m of the licence for comment.

Dufferin, on behalf of University of Guelph, has also applied to extract below the water table in the additional extraction area. Please see ERO No. 025-0235 for details regarding the application to extract below the water table in additional areas on site.
