2852804 Ontario Ltd. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of a sewage system and a year round subsurface sewage disposal works owned by 2852804 Ontario Ltd., in support of a proposed Caledon Service Centre with mixed commercial use, including a gas bar and a convenience store; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 14027 Hurontario Street, in Inglewood, Town of Caledon, Ontario.

The sewage works system will consist of a dry pond for quantity control, discharging within the Etobicoke Creek Watershed. In terms of subsurface sewage disposal works, the proposed sewage works is sized to operate with a total daily flow of 20,850 litres per day and will include septic tanks, a package treatment system (moving bed biofilm reactor) and a subsurface disposal bed.
