Application has been made by Erie Sand & Gravel Limited to amend the current site plan to allow the importation of 800,000 m3 of excess soils for the purpose of rehabilitation and modify the final rehabilitated landform, including final slopes and elevation, to restore the southern portion of the site to existing grades.
Public consultation opportunities
The proposed request for this site plan is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Agribusiness, the Essex Region Conservation Authority and Landowners within 120 metres of the site
