I want a climate change the plan and I want a carbon tax that makes polluters pay. I want a rebate on electric vehicles and a complete phase-out of fossil fuel burning vehicles including transport trucks.

I am strongly opposed to this. The health of people in Ontario is not being taken into consideration. Our provincial government is moving the province back to the age of smog warnings and worse yet - further into climate change severe weather events.

Climate change is the most pressing issue of our time. It is a matter of our survival. Our government needs to take strong, decisive, meaningful action. That is why I oppose the plan to cancel the cap and trade system.

A good government does not govern by simply tearing up everything the previous government(s) has been successful with.A good government listens to ALL it's people ALL the time, not just 20% of the eligible voting populace at election time.

I would ask the Ford government to consider the long term effects on the environment that we all share and not to push through Bill 4. If you are only looking at the financial outcome of pulling out of the cap and trade system then we are on the hook for billions in legal fees and penalties!!
