Not sure of the impact on fishing, can assume it is large. What I can state as fact is the destruction of trees and other cover caused by these birds. Their waste kills all trees and vegetation. This has caused islands to disappear from erosion. Lire davantage

If having an open season is the fastest way to start shooting them then I am all in for that. Bill 205 was at the Royal Ascent stage when Wynn pulled it so maybe Doug ford can do it?Hard to classify them as a game bird since they are not table fare. No closed season. Lire davantage

Yes, definitely have a cormorant season. There are way too many around Ottawa on several lakes and the rivers. An all year season would be fine. However it must also come with the change to the legislation so that it says we can dispose of the bodies and not have eat them..

Are you prepaired for boaters, swimmers and fisherman that will complain about being rained on by shotgun pellets and possible hit and injured? Cormorants and the above outdoor participants share the same space.
