I am totally against the Spring bear hunting season. Although it is illegal to kill cubs and sows with cubs, mother bears frequently leave their cubs in a tree for safety whilst foraging for food (I have personally observed this). Lire davantage

Please do not bring back the Spring Bear Hunt. Mothers are teaching their cubs, they are a family and deserve a fair chance to live and not be hunted, especially not when they are so vulnerable. Please do not reinstate the black bear hunt in Ontario. The reason it was stopped related to hunters killing mother bears and orphaning cubs. This puts the species at risk and is also inhumane. Lire davantage
