This bill will result in an unsustainable future for our children. I want to leave behind a liveable world for my son, and this bill makes it much harder to do so. It is my ask that premier Ford come up with a suitable plan to combat climate change before he repeals current plans.

I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. I want legally binding emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.

We have seen an increase in extreme weather conditions and natural disasters. The cost of global warming cannot be ignored. I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies and redirect this money to clean energy solutions. Read more

I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. Don’t send us backwards. We need forward thinking, that isn’t at the expense of the environment.
