My vote is "no" to the proposed changes to the Greenbelt Plan that would remove or redesignate 15 areas of land and add lands in the Paris Galt Moraine area.
Bill23 totally unwoke. Pave paradise and build monster homes for Doug’s friends and then a new highway to get there. Very mid 20th century linear wrong headedness
Do not destroy the wetlands, Greenbelt or any environmentally sensitive area.

I do not agree with developing Greenbelt lands. There needs to be less urban sprawl and greater protection of these green spaces. One ecosystem is not the same as another so substituting the lands with other areas is not a solution. Instead encourage more density within existing communities.
You DO NOT touch a greenbelt. I don't care for any excuses, it is off limits for a very good reason. Stop changes rules/laws to fit your own agenda and greed. Thanks.
Removing these lands from the Greenbelt contradicts promises specifically made by this government and by Doug Ford. The existence of large donations to the PC party from the benefiting property developers and the timing of these purchases is clearly for-profit and corrupt.

In a nutshell, I disapprove of the proposed changes to the greenbelt Plan. Anything that does not protect the environment and the wetlands of Ontario is not acceptable to me. I will protest as much as I can.
We are opposed to the removal of any lands from the greenbelt based on the fact that the government of Ontario has 88,000 acres already approved for development.

BROKEN PROMISES resulting in developers buying greenbelt in past few years and land now being removed from the greenbelt IS appalling and suggestive of collusion. Taking land out for developers to profit while breaking faith with citizens is non democratic. IT IS COLLUSION.
