The Rexall plaza should have restricted parking and people who cause trouble. Police should be present to control the issue. The new development will create a large concern about the parking and entrance to the new development.

Concerns from a tenant of 7910 McLaughlin Rd. S (HCH) 1.We are very concerned about the increased traffic volume that these very large buildings will create. 2.Can the size of these buildings not be inline with the current infostructure? ie our largest building is 17 stories high. Read more

I looked at the plans and noticed such a high amount of housing in such a small area. There will be an extra 2,000 more vehicles coming in and out of this project. The south drive way is to close to the intersection as this is already a high accident intersection. Read more
