The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of subsurface disposal works to service a residential dwelling, with existing pump chamber, located at 1027 East Walker Lake Road in the Township of Lake of Bays, Ontario.
An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) has been issued to Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc., located at 1555 Elm Street, City of Port Colborne, Regional Municipality of Niagara.
Environmental Compliance Approval No. 8438-CV6Q7W was granted to Innisfil Beach Park GP Inc. for a sewage treatment works servicing the proposed industrial warehouse development, located in the Town of Innisfil, Ontario.
A Permit to Take Water was renewed for Donegan's Haulage Limited located in Listowel, Ontario. Under permit No. P-300-9228361134, water will be taken from one well and one pond for aggregate washing purposes.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing gave provisional consent to Application number 54-C-226012 in respect to land in Cane Unincorporated Township on October 04, 2023, subject to conditions.
