This proposed bill works against our country's climate efforts and will seriously harm our ability to reach the climate targets set out by the UN. I do not support this bill.
Terrible idea. Can we all agree that the environment still needs protecting? Passing this bill will set us back on years of efforts to limit CO2 emissions.

As an Ontarian deeply concerned about and having witnessed the impacts of climate change, I was disappointed by the lack of consultation about the repeal of the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016. Repealing the Act without public consultation is not acceptable.

I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions.

There is no issue as important as the environment. It is our future, full stop. Repealing cap and trade is a bad financial decision, but who cares? Saving the environment needs to be the top priority.
