The most important job you have is taking care of the environment. We have experienced hot weather and terrible air pollution in Totonto which is not conducive to good health and enjoyment. We have suffered from forest fires tornadoes in Ottawa and the effects of hurricanes in the US. Read more

Given the recent UN report indicating that we are on a dangerous trajectory, with the earth becoming hotter and the sea levels rising, we as Canadians and Ontarians need firm policy to disincentivize carbon emissions. I believe it is my responsibility as a grandfather to oppose this cancellation since scientific evidence shows that if we act the average daily temperature will rise leading to more destructive weather pattern resulting in more flooding in some cases and more extensive fire in others. Read more

I would like you to consider that Climate Change requires an immediate and multipronged approach. To remove cap and trade without offering an alternative leaves Ontario even more vulnerable to the recurring and inevitable impacts of the problem we face. Read more
