Mines and their location remain a concern. Mines belong in more remote areas but certainly do not belong in pristine watersheds. There are areas where tourism presently represents 75 % of the economic activity in these cottage areas.

Mines and their priority needs to be in balance with the natural progression of economic balance that currently exists in a given area. If 75 % at this point is Tourism then endangering this balance makes no sense. Even exploration should consequently not be allowed in such areas.
