Thirty days is not enough time to review major changes to law. One big change that I don't think is appropriate is regarding Section 14(1) of the Environmental Protection Act where may will be replaced with likely. This is a fundamental change and should not occur. Read more

Having lived on the shores of two of our Great Lakes, and in areas where aggregate extraction occurs, I want to express concerns about aspects of Bill 132 -- especially Schedule 9. We currently live in Bruce County on the shore of beautiful (albeit with very high water levels) Lake Huron. Read more
