Whilst I am generally in favour of the idea of biogas facilities, this is not the location to build one. The amount of truck traffic contemplated is beyond what is reasonable to expect residents to contend with. Read more

I do not want to see this project be approved. The placement of this facility entails trucks to pass through many residential areas. This increase in traffic plus the emissions from the facility put all residents in increased risk of accident and ill health. Read more

I am a resident who lives in the Port Union neighborhood and I am extremely concerned of this waste disposal site and the potential damages it can bring to this neighborhood. The demographics surrounding 633 Coronatio Drive comprises of many elderly & school aged children. Read more

I was shocked and dismayed to hear about the proposed processing plant at 633 Coronation Drive. I live in the area and am irritated that I have only heard about this now through a member of the community - tomorrow is the cutoff for comments. Read more

As a resident in the neighborhood directly north of this plant (I can see the Chem plants on Coronation drive when walking down my street), this deeply concerns me, and I am flabbergasted that this was even a consideration to propose a waste disposal site right next to residential houses. We are very concerned about the Process and Transfer facility on Coronation Dr. as our home is a very,very short distance from this proposed site along with the many other residential homes. We are concerned about all the gas emissions and the smell that will also result. Read more

There appears to be a total lack of transparency directed at sneaking this proposal through under the problems with Covid 19. A well advertised general meeting between residents, the companies and Councillors is needed to clarify what is trying to take place. Read more
