This proposal is incredibly positive and forward thinking on several fronts. Controlling urban sprawl and directing intensification in the areas that are close to services. Ensuring clean water for the future. Respecting natural ecosystems and acknowledging there importance to society.

I would like to see you put all natural greenbelt and waterways in top priority, and put in all efforts to protect these spaces/habitats. Do not let them fall prey to developers- please!
The County of Wellington agrees that the Paris Galt Moraines are unique landforms worthy of protection, which is why we used existing Planning Act provisions to incorporate special policies in our Official Plan in 2014.

Niagara on the Lake was the first capital of Upper Canada with an incredible amount of history and archeological sites. It is very prone to flooding and further development would greatly impact its frequency.
