It would be ideal when Reg 128/04 is altered to include the pending changes proposed on the Environmental Registry of Ontario, that the MECP look at the alignment of certification renewal dates for individuals that hold multiple certificates. Read more

The word 'emergency' is very vague in the proposed changes. The changes threaten public safety and health by allowing less skilled operators to treat collect and distribute the water. Read more

I disagree with most of the proposed changes to O. Reg. 128/03, as a Class IV Water Treatment Operator, a Certified Engineering Technician, a consumer and as a resident of a large municipality in Ontario. Read more

Good day, In times of emergency, is the time when humans need fully certified Water and Wastewater Operators on deck to look after all aspects of operations. Not once, not for a second should there be any thought of replacing such a professional that isn't certified! Read more
