I strongly support the goal of addressing the housing crisis but I strongly oppose many of the provisions of Bill 23. If Bill 23 is passed in its current form I will work hard to ensure the Conservative party is punished at the ballot box.
Proposed changes to Site Plan control exempting developments under 10 units and removing site plan control of architectural and landscape design are unnecessary and antithetical to good local planning.
Why shouldnt any local developments be attractive and fitting to their neighbourhoods?
