We live on Falconbridge Dr. and we are neighbours of 6953 Falconbridge Dr. Melbourne. We are a family of 10 ranging in age from 4 to 60. We have a well for our home and a well for our farm animals. It is a terrible idea to spread untreated human waste anywhere! Read more

I oppose this proposal. Several area residents have young families and use outdoor amenities to recreate and exercise. The spreading of human waste will negatively effect their freedom to pursue and enjoy a fresh air environment. Read more

As a resident of Appin, I find the spreading of human waste nauseous. Bad enough when the farmers spread the liquid cow waste. I understand that manure is good for the soil. However, things that come out of septic tanks and like items reach far and wide from just being waste.

This is absolutely unacceptable, there is no way the odour will be able to be contained, this area has large open fields all around it. This will no doubt attract vermin including rabbies vector species. Read more

We are a farming operation who both owns and rents land in the area of this proposal less than one KM away , and have concerns about this proposed site, even though I understand the need for human waste disposal there is a time, place and frame work that needs to be followed to do so, such as a prop Read more

There is no doubt in my thinking that this person should be using treatment facilities available for this waste. Septic systems need permits for building or repairs. Human feces can contain diseases. After two years in a pandemic why would we take the chance of spreading disease. Read more

As a renter nearby the proposed sewage waste site, I am appalled at this proposal. And as a University graduate in biology, I am astounded. For so many reasons this should not even be at this point of talk, as it should have been rejected long ago. Read more

Mr. Dwayne Andrew Wilson operating as The Stool Bus is proposing to use the property at 6953 Falconbridge Road in Melbourne as a hauled sewage (i.e., raw human waste) disposal site. The intent is to dump waste material from portable toilets, sewage holding tanks and septic systems on the land. Read more

I do not want this near my community. Why does the business get to dump stuff on the land just to make more money? If Mr. Lube could just dumb their oil on the farm land to save a buck we would be in an uproar. Why does this guy get to go around environmental protection so he can save a buck? Read more

I've lived on Century Dr for twenty years with some of the cleanest water around. We drink, cook and bath with the water from the same water table that this guy thinks he can just dump the most vile, disgusting crap on. The stench will be unbearable. Read more

My farm is located one concession due south, approximately .5 kilometer from the area of concern. I operate a commercial vineyard that relies on pure spring fed water for irrigation as well as cleaning equipment and spraying the crops. Read more

I’m against this proposal. I feel that it could negatively our ground water in the neighbourhood & contaminate our natural environment. We already have treatment facilities available to process human waste in an environmentally conscious manner.
