I disagreed with this Order originally. It did not appear that any public or stakeholder consultation was undertaken, no servicing was in place and the adjacent settlement area was not consulted as a potential location for this industrial investment.

The Development and Property Committee of the County of Renfrew directed staff to provide comments on this ERO posting, encouraging the Ministry to NOT revoke the zoning order.
