Advertising the proposed development makes sense, as it allows residents to object or give feedback. But people under 65 don’t really read newspapers, so, in order to reach a wider audience, post the notices online, on a phone app and on an easy to read website. Read more

I am against this bill as it does not address the root causes of substantive housing. Rather it allows urban sprawl on green spaces with little or no infrastructure. Instead of building smaller houses where infrastructure is present, more cars will be needed to get around. Read more
