This proposal is absolutely necessary to protect land that needs to be protected for the survival of certain species - birds and animals Corridors of land are needed for them to produce healthy offspring.

Hello, I’m totally in agreement to expanding all provincial park areas but specifically “Pretty River Park” as I live nearby and use the existing park for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. It’s a beautiful healthy area in itself and for people that use it. Read more

Regarding ERO 019-8618, I am wholeheartedly in favour of the proposed expansions of Ontario Provincial Parks and Conservation Areas, particularly as it relates to the Pretty River Valley Provincial Park because I live near this park and enjoy its natural beauty and biodiversity. Read more

This land has been used by my family and friends as public land for hunting and recreation both large and small game as well as other permitted oitdoor activities. Loss of such access in southern Ontario is a mistake. Read more

I am saddened to see the decimating of our Provincial Parks, Conservation Reserves and protected areas, by not protecting ecological integrity and by the infrastructure occurring in these areas. I would comment that this is a “something is better than nothing” proposal. Read more

I strongly favour this proposal and any related proposals aimed at preserving the delicate flora and fauna in Gray County. The biodiversity of the region has declined significantly in the last 10 years due to overdevelopment.

I am very blessed to live near many of the Bruce trail access points and am very much in favour of expanding the provincial parks associated with the Bruce trail. We need to ensure as much natural resources and spaces are protected into the future.
