This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) with Limited Operational Flexibility (LOF) to be issued to Innophos Canada, Inc. for a stormwater management system, in support of the proposed Port Maitland chemical manufacturing facility located at 109 Siddall Road in Lowbanks, Ontario.
The stormwater management works is designed for quality and quantity control provided through an oil and grit separator, surrounding wetlands, grassed swales, and vegetated filter strips with storm sewers, complete with parking lots and a landscaped perimeter, discharging from the site into Lake Erie via the Grand River.
