At other Campus of Cares, specifically Mon Sheong Foundation's other campus of care e.g. Markham, there is no inclusion of "Apartment Use". Why do they need "Apartment Use" here? They are already zoned for long-term care and seniors care facilities. Is there something else going on here?

In the end, if the market can justify such intensification as the MZO would allow, I don't actually take any huge issue with the level of density being discussed nor do I care about the proposed parking rate. We certainly need the housing.

As a Stouffville resident, I have experienced developers pushing the envelope along with heights and set backs that impede on neighboring lots and do not complement the vision or characteristic that Stouffville has to offer.
