This bill shows zero regard for preservation of endangered species and their disappearing habitat. Houses can be built in many places but these animals have limited options. Due process must be taken to avoid irreparable harm.

I am concerned this legislation attempts to bypass Indigenous rights will only end up in protracted court battles. Better to do the consultations. No area should be without environmental assessment. Endangered species protection isn't about being nice to plants and animals. Read more
