I OPPOSE BILL 5. I oppose development with no public oversight. With no ecosystems we collectively have no future, government included. There is only 1 planet, only 1 Ontario. Keep it beautiful. Ontario not for sale.
I think that bill 5 ignores science and is a horrible idea. There is no big picture thinking involved, only gifts given to billionaire developer Friends of the premiere. This is not what he was voted in for. I am against it immensely
I disagree with this bill. It will create future environmental problems that our children will need to deal with. I don’t believe that is the legacy we should leave them.

How can this allow projects to proceed with zero review or approval? They can just fill out registration and begin? So any endangered species is destroyed before any ministry review or approval?

I do not support Bill 5. We need stronger protection for endangered species. I oppose shortcuts for industry with no public oversight, and do not support the ability to override the law in special economic zones.
I oppose Bill 5 as it will leave to many areas unprotected in the Province. We need to protect the animals, the land. We have to stop this mindless exploitation before we kill the land.
