Water will be taken from one pond for ground water remediation purposes at the Broken Hammer Open Pit, located in the Township of Wisner, District of Sudbury, Ontario.

The application for an Environmental Compliance Approval has been withdrawn. No approval has been issued.

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for 2258141 Ontario Inc., for sewage works serving 327 Sovereign Road located in the City of London, Ontario.

The application for this Permit to Take Water for Pure North Resources Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on April 14, 2025.
